Tennessee Tamizh Sangam
Tennessee Tamizh Sangam (TTS) is a registered non-profit organization located in Nashville, TN.
TTS is devoted to preserve and promote the rich and classical Tamil heritage and culture and the longest surviving language in the world. The language "Tamil" has been described as the only language of contemporary India which is recognized continuous with a classical past. We are here to foster understanding, friendship, goodwill and appreciation between Tamil speaking people in the state of Tennessee.
What we do?
- Increase the awareness of our rich culture and history among our kids.
- Provides a platform to exhibit the inherent talent of all ages displaying our culture.
- Serve as a medium in creating Identity for ourselves.
- We all come from different directions but staying as one family under our Sangam.
- Promote Charitable Events.
- Provide member benefits in local restaurants and merchandise.
